PittStart Session: Day One, Day Two

PittStart is a two-day program, however student attendance at Day One is completely optional for Arts and Sciences, Business and Nursing students. Students that choose to attend Day One will be able to participate in various social and informational sessions with other incoming freshmen, as well as stay overnight in a residence hall. Day One is mandatory for all Engineering students.

Day Two consists of academic programming and class registration; Day Two is mandatory for all incoming freshman students. You may view the layout of the two-day PittStart session as well as descriptions of all events by clicking on a tentative agenda below.

Tentative PittStart student agendas are available!

Please review your school-specific agenda so you know what your PittStart session will consist of. When you check in at your PittStart session, you will receive a detailed agenda with room locations included. However, it is important for you to use the tentative agendas for planning purposes, especially for those who will be traveling from out of town.
